Susan Brown - Owner and Head Coach

Owner and Head Coach Susan Brown grew up in Cross Lanes. She began gymnastics in 1978 and competed through class II. A graduate of Nitro High School Susan excelled in many sports including volleyball and softball. Susan attributes much of her love for children and sports to Buster Miles her physical education teacher through elementary school. She also credits her parents, Bob and Fran Corey for instilling a drive and work ethic that is second to none. Susan found her calling with youngsters while coaching swimming in the summers through college. Susan graduated with a BA in Telecommunications from the University of Kentucky. While attending UK, she danced with the University of Kentucky Dance Ensemble. In 1992 Susan came back to her first love gymnastics. Over the last 20 years, Susan has coached several gymnasts through state, regional and national competitions. Through her faith in the Lord and a true passion for gymnastics, she has built a state-wide reputation as one of the premiere gymnastics coaches in WV. She is a Professional Member of USA Gymnastics and is Safety Certified. She resides in Cross Lanes with her husband and now co-owner of Revolution Gymnastics, Randy Brown.
